Executive Summary
POPCORN is a Web3 service-use and settlement tool designed for the memory culture ecosystem. It is issued on the Kaia Network, with ABETREE Foundation, a Singapore-registered foundation, serving as the token issuer and Rainmaker serving as the operator. The project aims to combine real-world service rights (RWA), AI digital archives, offline memory-culture services, and blockchain-based credential tools to form an ecosystem loop centered on real service usage.
Against the backdrop of digital transformation in the global funeral and memorial industry, population ageing, and growing demand for digital legacy management, the POPCORN ecosystem is built around Bio-Gems, a Digital Archive, AI memorial services, Eternal NFT, and offline memory-culture centers. POPCORN is not positioned as a speculative asset, but as a utility-based settlement tool for goods and services within the ecosystem.
The key difference between POPCORN and traditional crypto projects is that its usage demand is derived from real goods and service scenarios that have been launched or are being implemented, including the memory-culture center, Bio-Gems, Digital Archive, AI memorial services, and Eternal NFT operated by Giukeuimoonwha in Korea. These scenarios provide a genuine usage foundation for POPCORN, but they do not constitute any guarantee of price performance, liquidity, or investment return.

Market Background
3.1 Demographic Transition and Upgrading Industry Demand
Global population ageing is accelerating. As the proportion of older adults rises, the funeral, memorial, family inheritance, and digital legacy management industries are shifting from single offline services toward integrated service models involving emotional continuity, data preservation, identity verification, digital access, and intergenerational inheritance.
Traditional memorial models face three structural pressures. First, cemetery and memorial-space resources are limited in major cities. Second, user demand for life commemoration is upgrading from physical placement to emotional companionship and long-term inheritance. Third, photos, videos, audio recordings, messages, and family-history documents are becoming important personal and family assets, yet long-term, secure, authorized, and inheritable infrastructure remains insufficient.
Note: The global population aged 65 and above is projected to increase from approximately 860 million in 2024 to approximately 1.58 billion in 2050. Data sources: UN population ageing / population prospects references, national statistical population projections, and public industry research materials.
Note: The share of the population aged 65 and above is expected to increase further by 2050, with Korea, Japan, Singapore, and China all showing significant upward trends. Data sources: UN population prospects references, national statistical offices, and public population projection materials. The chart values are approximate trend-based estimates used to illustrate population ageing in key markets such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, and China, and do not constitute market-size commitments, revenue forecasts, or investment advice.
3.2 Memory Assets: The Formation of an Emerging RWA Category
At the intersection of blockchain technology, AI technology, and real-world services, “Memory Assets” can be understood as a category of assets based on personal life experiences, family materials, physical memorial objects, and digital archives, with technology enabling them to be recorded, verified, authorized, and inherited.
Unlike conventional digital collectibles, Memory Assets are not primarily about speculative trading. Their core lies in real services, emotional value, identity records, and long-term preservation. The POPCORN ecosystem is designed to serve as a service-use, rights-credential, and partner-settlement tool within the memory culture ecosystem.
3.3 The Opportunity to Combine RWA with the Memory Culture Economy
The core value of RWA lies in digitally expressing off-chain real rights, services, or assets through verifiable on-chain records. POPCORN operates in a memory culture field with a clear offline service foundation, including Bio-Gems, physical memorial spaces, Digital Archive, and AI memorial services. As a result, it has the application conditions to develop RWA-style rights credentials.
Project Structure and Ecosystem Roles
The POPCORN ecosystem is supported by three types of entities: the token issuer, the ecosystem operator, and the Korean local strategic partner. A clear division of responsibilities helps improve project transparency, compliance, and readability for investors and partners.
| Entity | Role | Primary Responsibilities | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| ABETREE Foundation | Token Issuer | Responsible for POPCORN token issuance, supply policy, infrastructure design, and the long-term ecosystem governance framework | Singapore-registered foundation |
| Rainmaker | Operator | Responsible for ecosystem expansion, service integration, platform operations, market development, and use-case implementation | Ecosystem operations and commercialization |
| Giukeuimoonwha | Korean Strategic Partner | Provides offline space, Bio-Gems, Digital Archive, AI memorial services, and related memorial-service scenarios | Korean local service and product support provider |
Ecosystem Architecture
The POPCORN ecosystem consists of four mutually reinforcing core business components: Bio-Gems, the Digital Archive, AI memorial services, and Heaven’s Memory Culture Center. Each component corresponds to real goods or services, together forming a full service loop from physical commemoration to digital inheritance, from the individual to the family, and from the present to long-term preservation.
5.1 Bio-Gem: Physical Asset Layer
Bio-Gems are the core physical asset products in the POPCORN ecosystem. The basic concept is to extract elements from biological samples associated with the deceased or commemorated person and use laboratory-cultivation processes to create diamonds or colored gemstones. The value of a Bio-Gem comes not only from the physical object itself, but also from its connection to personal memory, family relationships, and digital archives.
At the on-chain expression layer, each Bio-Gem may generate a unique digital identifier through an NFG (Non-Fungible Gem) certification mechanism, which can be used to record information linked to the gem, service rights, ownership-change records, or archive-linking information. The specific scope of data placed on-chain should be determined according to privacy protection, legal compliance, and user authorization.
5.2 Digital Archive: Data Infrastructure Layer
The Digital Archive provides storage, management, authorized access, and long-term preservation services for digital memory content such as photos, videos, audio recordings, text, and family-history documents. Its core value is to help individuals and families transform scattered life memories into manageable, authorizable, and inheritable digital archives.
Digital archives may be linked to NFT numbers, NFC tags, Bio-Gems, or physical memorial spaces, but the platform should not claim ownership of user-uploaded data. Data ownership, access, deletion, inheritance, and authorization scope should be determined by the platform user agreement, privacy policy, and applicable law.
5.3 AI Memorial Services: Emotional Interaction Layer
AI memorial services are based on authorized audio, video, text, and image materials and provide users with services such as voice models, text interaction, video blessings, and memorial-content generation. The goal of the service is to assist families with emotional remembrance, family records, and memory inheritance, rather than to replace real persons, create false identities, or bypass lawful authorization.
AI memorial services are provided only on the basis of explicit authorization from the user, lawful heir, or authorized person. The platform will not collect, train, or generate any personal voice, likeness, image, text record, or dialogue model without authorization. All AI-generated content should be clearly identified as AI-generated and used only for authorized memorial interactions; it should not be understood as the deceased person’s actual expression.
5.4 Heaven’s Memory Culture Center: Offline Physical Layer
Heaven’s Memory Culture Center is the physical implementation carrier of the POPCORN ecosystem and is operated by Giukeuimoonwha, the Korean strategic partner. Its service scenarios include Bio-Gem display and safekeeping, Digital Archive access terminals, AI memorial communication rooms, memorial spaces, and premium membership services.
The offline physical space provides POPCORN with a foundation for real service delivery and further differentiates the project from purely digital-asset projects.
On-Chain and Off-Chain Coordination Mechanism
The POPCORN ecosystem adopts an architecture of “on-chain credentials + off-chain service delivery.” The on-chain component records POPCORN settlement status, NFT numbers, rights credentials, transfer records, service status, or archive-linking identifiers. The off-chain component is provided by Giukeuimoonwha and relevant partners, covering Bio-Gem production, physical-space services, AI memorial services, Digital Archive storage, and customer service.
The purpose of on-chain records is to improve transparency, verifiability, and rights-identification efficiency. However, on-chain records themselves should not be understood as automatically replacing all real-world legal documents. Matters involving physical-space usage rights, Bio-Gem delivery, Digital Archive access, AI service terms, inheritance, and transfers should be determined collectively by user purchase agreements, service terms, partner rules, and applicable law.
| Layer | On-Chain Component | Off-Chain Component |
|---|---|---|
| Payment Settlement | POPCORN payment records, transaction hashes, settlement status | Product pricing, order fulfillment, invoices/receipts, customer service |
| NFT / Rights Credentials | NFT numbers, holder addresses, transfer records, rights identifiers | Physical-space usage rights, service packages, contract terms, identity verification |
| Bio-Gems | NFG numbers, gem-archive indexes, ownership-change records | Sample processing, laboratory cultivation, testing, delivery, and safekeeping |
| Digital Archive | Archive indexes, access credentials, authorization status | File storage, encrypted backups, access permissions, data deletion, and inheritance processes |
| AI Memorial Services | Service rights or subscription status | AI model training, voice/image/text generation, content review, and ethical controls |

7.3 Designated Service-Settlement Tool Positioning and User Path
According to the project roadmap, POPCORN will gradually serve as a designated service-settlement and rights-redemption tool within the cooperation ecosystem. At the current stage, Eternal NFT already supports purchases using POPCORN. Going forward, POPCORN may gradually expand to Bio-Gems, Digital Archive, AI memorial services, and offline membership services based on business maturity, user experience, compliance requirements, and partner arrangements. Specific supported products, regions, payment paths, and usage restrictions should be subject to platform announcements, user agreements, and applicable legal requirements.
As the ecosystem user base grows, POPCORN’s usage scenarios and service-settlement needs may expand accordingly. The fixed-supply design is intended to improve the transparency and predictability of token-supply rules, but it should not be understood as any guarantee of price performance, liquidity, yield, or investment return.
7.4 Supply Mechanism and Items to Be Supplemented
POPCORN’s token-supply mechanism is based on the principles of fixed total supply, clear utility, phased release, and transparent management. The current version retains the overall structure of 95% maximum circulation / 5% foundation reserve.
Eternal NFT: RWA Rights-Certificate Framework
8.1 Product Definition and Current Status
Eternal NFT, whose product form is the Golden Memory Box, is one of the official products in the POPCORN ecosystem that can be purchased with POPCORN and is available on popcornbiz.io. Eternal NFT is designed as an on-chain digital credential linked to specific physical-space usage rights, Digital Archive access rights, and related memorial-service rights.
Unlike ordinary digital collectibles, the core value of Eternal NFT comes from the real service rights it connects to, including physical memorial space, Digital Archive, AI memorial services, NFC access, and related memorial benefits. The specific scope of rights, usage period, transfer restrictions, inheritance arrangements, and service-delivery standards should be subject to the user purchase agreement, platform terms of service, and the partner’s actual delivery rules.
8.2 Holder Rights
- Physical-space usage rights: holders may enjoy usage rights to related physical spaces or memorial services of Giukeuimoonwha according to the purchase agreement.
- AI memorial-service rights: holders may use AI memorial functions in accordance with the service terms, including voice, text, or video-based memorial-content services.
- NFC and Digital Archive connection: the Golden Memory Box may be linked to the corresponding Digital Archive through NFC, connecting physical objects with digital memory content.
- Transfer and inheritance mechanism: where permitted by platform rules, applicable law, and authorization scope, Eternal NFT may support transfer, sale, or inheritance.

Data Privacy, AI Authorization, and Digital Inheritance
10.1 Data Ownership and Access Authorization
Personal memories, photos, videos, audio recordings, text records, biological-sample-related materials, and family materials uploaded or authorized by users do not automatically transfer their ownership or related rights to POPCORN, Rainmaker, ABETREE Foundation, or partners merely by being uploaded to the platform. The platform stores, processes, and displays such materials only within the scope of the user agreement, privacy policy, and authorization.
Digital Archive access rights should be determined jointly by user authorization, family authorization, inheritance rules, and applicable data-protection laws. The platform should provide mechanisms for access-permission management, authorization changes, data export, data deletion, inheritance settings, and dispute handling.
10.2 AI Modeling and Generated-Content Boundaries
AI memorial services should only be initiated after explicit authorization from the user, lawful heir, or authorized person. The platform must not collect, train, or generate any personal voice, likeness, image, or dialogue model without authorization.
AI-generated content should be clearly identified as AI-generated and should not be packaged as the deceased person’s actual expression. For celebrities, public figures, or deceased entertainers, AI digital archives should pay special attention to likeness rights, voice rights, reputation rights, heir authorization, and local legal requirements.
10.3 Digital Inheritance and Family Dispute Handling
The POPCORN ecosystem should design a digital inheritance process that allows users to pre-designate heirs, managers, or authorized access persons. If authorization disputes arise among family members, the platform should handle them based on legal documents, identity verification, service agreements, and local law, rather than treating wallet-address control as the only basis for judgment.
Project Implementation Milestones
11.1 Strategic Partner: Giukeuimoonwha
ABETREE Foundation has established a strategic cooperation relationship with Giukeuimoonwha in Korea. Heaven’s Memory Culture Center under Giukeuimoonwha has been put into operation in Asan, Chungcheongnam-do, Korea, and provides product lines such as Bio-Gem display and safekeeping, AI memorial communication rooms, Digital Archive access terminals, and premium membership memorial services.

11.3 Platform Launch and Product Availability
The popcornbiz.io platform has completed technical development and opened relevant product pages. Eternal NFT currently supports purchases using POPCORN, and users may complete account registration, POPCORN settlement, NFT purchase, and Digital Archive access processes.
Community Growth Strategy
POPCORN’s community growth strategy should center on real user education, product understanding, cultural communication, and service usage, rather than relying on short-term speculative promotion.
